The Federal Energy Regulatory Commission (FERC) is hosting a hearing in Medford about the Jordan Cove LNG export terminal and Pacific Connector Pipeline on Wednesday, June 26.

This hearing is critical to show the federal government that our communities want a transition to clean energy, not a fracked gas pipeline and export terminal. Will you be there?

Jackson County FERC Hearing on Jordan Cove LNG

Wednesday, June 26

The hearing is from 1-8 p.m., with a press conference at noon and a rally at 5:30 p.m.

Ramada Medford Hotel and Conference Center (2250 Biddle Road, Medford, OR)

FERC denied permits for this project in 2016, citing a lack of public need and significant impacts on landowners. However, the company reapplied under the Trump administration shortly after. Even with the recent DEQ denial, it is critical our communities show up strong at this next hearing so we can stop this project for good.

Rogue Climate is also asking for volunteers to help get the word out and build art for the hearings. Please email veronica@rogueclimate.org to connect about helping in this critical moment to stop the pipeline.
