RVAS takes every precaution to protect our users’ information. When users submit sensitive information via the web site, their information is protected both online and offline.

We do not directly receive financial information. All financial transactions – such as donations and membership renewals – are processed via PayPal. You can find PayPal’s privacy policy statement here.

All of our users’ information, not just the sensitive information mentioned above, is restricted. Only persons who need the information to perform a specific job are granted access to personally identifiable information. All of our databases are password-protected to ensure that unauthorized users cannot access sensitive data.
